Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of household throughout home violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a family that called police throughout a fraught domestic violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order call on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a home violence restraining order towards him had allegedly violated the order and was on the household’s home, based on an announcement of information offered by the District Lawyer’s Workplace.

Dominguez is on administrative depart following the incident, the District Legal professional’s Office said. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
