DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now residence after being abducted by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airlines Center. But the family nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not performing swiftly enough relating to the crime, which had the woman as part of a sex-trafficking operation.
“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry mentioned. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims towards them for their negligence and other causes of motion.''
Fortenberry stated the teen’s father informed police on the recreation when he realized she was lacking. But, based on the lawyer, the daddy was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
