Wife stuffed husband’s cellphone with little one porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading tons of of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in line with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn of their home.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the cellphone he was using didn't have any pictures similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly got a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were friends and had mentioned carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his major cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
