Federal brokers who went to Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday to confront a gunman who killed 19 youngsters have been told by native police to attend and never enter the school — after which determined after about half an hour to ignore that preliminary steering and discover the shooter, say two senior federal regulation enforcement officers.
