In den Anfängen vollzogen wurde der Antritt oft über die Transfer der URL der richtigen Seite an die divergenten Suchmaschinen im Netz. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Betrachtung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Homepage auf den Server der Suchmaschine, wo ein zweites Computerprogramm, der bekannte Indexer, Informationen herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Ansprüche, Links zu weiteren Seiten). Die zeitigen Typen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Infos, die dank der Webmaster auch existieren werden, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Suchmaschinen im Internet wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben eine Übersicht mit Inhalt einer Seite, dennoch stellte sich bald raus, dass die Benutzung dieser Ratschläge nicht vertrauenswürdig war, da die Wahl der benutzten Schlüsselworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Erläuterung des Seiteninhalts spiegeln vermochten. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in Meta-Elementen konnten so irrelevante Unterseiten bei einzigartigen Recherchieren listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller vielfältige Eigenschaften innert des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu interagieren, dass die Seite überlegen in den Serps gelistet wird.[3] Da die frühen Internet Suchmaschinen sehr auf Aspekte dependent waren, die nur in den Händen der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr anfällig für Delikt und Manipulationen in der Positionierung. Um höhere und relevantere Testurteile in Ergebnissen zu erhalten, mussten wir sich die Besitzer der Internet Suchmaschinen an diese Voraussetzungen anpassen. Weil der Riesenerfolg einer Suchmaschine davon zusammenhängt, besondere Suchresultate zu den inszenierten Suchbegriffen anzuzeigen, vermochten unpassende Testergebnisse zur Folge haben, dass sich die Mensch nach diversen Chancen für den Bereich Suche im Web umgucken. Die Antwort der Suchmaschinen im Internet inventar in komplexeren Algorithmen für das Ranking, die Kriterien beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur schwierig manipulierbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin entworfenen mit „Backrub“ – dem Vorläufer von Google – eine Suchmaschine, die auf einem mathematischen Suchalgorithmus basierte, der anhand der Verlinkungsstruktur Kanten gewichtete und dies in den Rankingalgorithmus reingehen ließ. Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
