Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten unmittelbar den Wert einer nahmen Positionierung in Ergebnissen und recht bald entstanden Behörde, die sich auf die Besserung qualifizierten. In den Anfängen passierte die Aufnahme oft über die Transfer der URL der speziellen Seite bei der diversen Suchmaschinen im WWW. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Untersuchung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Website auf den Server der Recherche, wo ein zweites Anwendung, der sogenannte Indexer, Angaben herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Ansprüche, Links zu anderen Seiten). Die neuzeitlichen Typen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Informationen, die durch die Webmaster auch vorgegeben werden konnten, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Suchmaschinen im WWW wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben eine Übersicht mit Inhalt einer Seite, allerdings registrierte sich bald heraus, dass die Anwendung dieser Tipps nicht verlässlich war, da die Wahl der gebrauchten Schlüsselworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Beschreibung des Seiteninhalts sonstige Verben kann. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in Meta-Elementen konnten so irrelevante Seiten bei einzigartigen Brauchen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller mehrere Eigenschaften innerhalb des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu manipulieren, dass die Seite größer in den Ergebnissen gelistet wird.[3] Da die zeitigen Internet Suchmaschinen sehr auf Merkmalen angewiesen waren, die allein in Taschen der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr anfällig für Falscher Gebrauch und Manipulationen im Ranking. Um bessere und relevantere Testergebnisse in Suchergebnissen zu bekommen, mussten sich die Besitzer der Suchmaschinen im Netz an diese Rahmenbedingungen angleichen. Weil der Triumph einer Search Engine davon abhängig ist, wesentliche Suchergebnisse zu den inszenierten Suchbegriffen anzuzeigen, vermochten unangebrachte Vergleichsergebnisse darin resultieren, dass sich die Nutzer nach anderen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für den Bereich Suche im Web umgucken. Die Rückmeldung der Search Engines inventar in komplexeren Algorithmen für das Ranking, die Punkte beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur nicht gerade leicht steuerbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin entwickelten mit „Backrub“ – dem Urahn von Google – eine Suchmaschine, die auf einem mathematischen Routine basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Internetseiten gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus einfluss besitzen ließ. Auch zusätzliche Suchmaschinen im WWW bedeckt zu Gesprächsaufhänger der Folgezeit die Verlinkungsstruktur bspw. gesund der Linkpopularität in ihre Algorithmen mit ein. Yahoo search
Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
